Phone is in way better condition than expected, no noticeable marks on the frame or screen, and battery life is excellent! Shipping was quick, and the phone itself was securely packed! Very satisfied with the entire experience, I'd definitely recommend!

Ήρθε και θα έλεγα πως δεν καταλαβαίνετε για μεταχειρισμένο κινητό. Πήρα iphone 14 plus σε άψογη κατάσταση και όντως είναι. Εν τω μεταξύ ήρθε πιο γρήγορα από την εκτίμηση. Μέχρι στιγμής έχω μείνει άφωνος. Το κινητό ήρθε με 98% μπαταρία. Όλα τέλεια!

I bought a 5th gen iPad Air in Premium condition and it honestly looks brand new. No scratches, no marks, nothing at all that suggests it’s refurbished. Performance has been flawless so far. Everything feels smooth and well-optimized, even with the 60Hz display it has, even the new ones have it (which still feels great in daily use). Gaming performance is solid, apps run smoothly, and I haven’t noticed any battery or functionality issues. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and will definitely be using it as my daily media consumption device. Great value and a really positive experience with Back Market and the seller ! Ειλικρινά δεν έχω λόγια! Το τηλέφωνο ΑΨΟΓΟ χωρίς το παραμικρό σημάδι, πεντακάθαρο με ζελατίνα στην οθόνη(όπως ένα καινούριο). Λειτουργικά ΤΕΛΕΙΟ, απίστευτα γρήγορο. Μπαταρία κοντά στο 95% (ΟΥΑΟΥ!). Ακόμα και θήκη είχε μέσα το κουτί. Απλά η καλύτερη αγορά που έχω κάνει ποτέ.

Άψογο! Εξαιρετικό! Είμαι ενθουσιασμένος με την παραγγελία μου και μετανιώνω για κάθε αμφιβολία που είχα! Αρχικά, το κινητό ήρθε με διάφανη θήκη, ένα τζαμάκι και επιπλέον ένα καλώδιο φορτιστή. Μπορεί το καλώδιο να μην δούλευε, αλλά δεν μπορώ να τους κατηγορήσω καθώς δεν περιλαμβανόταν στην παραγγελία -όπως και η θήκη με το τζαμάκι, τα οποία είναι πολύ ανθεκτικά και βολικά-. Δεν μπορώ παρά να είμαι ευγνώμων που έστειλαν αξεσουάρ τα οποία δεν περιλαμβάνονταν στην παραγγελία μου. ​Επιπλέον, η υγεία της μπαταρίας είναι στο 89%. Με μια κανονική χρήση (2-3 ωρών) αντέχει για δύο μέρες, ενώ με βαριά χρήση αντέχει μία μέρα (για εμένα, συγκεκριμένα 5 ώρες). Τέλος, για να απαντήσω σε διάφορες ερωτήσεις, το κινητό δεν έχει καμία γρατζουνιά, ήρθε πολύ γρήγορα, με το καινούργιο iOS και δεν κολλάει καθόλου. Γενικά, είναι άψογο, σαν καινούργιο, και φυσικά θα ξαναγόραζα από το Back Market!

Hello. I'm so happy that I decided to proceed with this buying. First of all I have to say my phone came in Greece in 48hours which is amazing .here buying something could mean wait for 15 to 30 days . so I'm very impressed . Also the phone is in amazing condition has not even one scratch. looks like new .the screen the camera everything . I was a little hesitant at first because I was afraid it might be fake, but it's perfect. I'm gonna keep buying from back market. The only small comment I have about the company is that UPS gave the phone to a Greek shipping company in a plain box with no protection inside, nothing but the phone box. And I was afraid that I would open it and it would be broken. But fortunately, everything is fine. Despite this, be very careful how you send your phones because it is a shame that such an incident occurs.

Δεν μπορώ να βρω άσχημη κριτική να κάνω για το οτιδήποτε, το κινητό δεν έχει κανένα ψεγάδι. Σίγουρα στο μέλλον πάλι το BackMarket θα εμπιστευτώ. Για το μόνο που μετανιώνω είναι που δεν το είχα ανακαλύψει νωρίτερα. Ευχαριστώ!!!.

Χρησιμοποιώ τα ακουστικά για δύο εβδομάδες και είμαι εξαιρετικά ικανοποιημένη με την απόδοση τους. Είναι η δεύτερη αγορά που κάνω, η πρώτη αφορούσε ενα κινητό iPhone 13 mini για το γιο μου. Ευχαριστούμε back market που έχουμε την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουμε τα αγαπημένα μας προϊόντα σε πολύ καλύτερες τιμές και σε άριστη κατάσταση!!! Θα επανέλθω 😊

Hello, I want to say i'm a real person and this is a real review. This was my first order of anything refurbished and thankfully it went well, although with some issues. I suggest shooting a video of when you open the package, where you show the condition it's in and whether it works or not, so you have undeniable proof if there's any problems. I looked into the shop, checked Google reviews and physical location, made sure they were doing this for many years, and they also had many other pixel phones (what I ordered) for sale. The phone I received was flawless, except one dent on the main camera frame. It came with a privacy screen protector and a camera lens protector already installed. The camera lens protector was covering up the dent, uses thick adhesive leaving a gap from the phone, and it has a microphone hole. This means dust and debris can get in from the microphone hole and slowly block the camera lens. I've already ordered a replacement camera lens protector. What was even worse is they used a privacy screen protector which blocked the fingerprint sensor, and had a round tint around the front camera, making the camera look misaligned in the screen cutout, and it also made the screen look blurry and low resolution. All of the above combined with the fact that the screen has a somewhat warm/yellowish hue and did not display true white, I thought they had replaced it with a cheap aftermarket screen. I had to enable developer settings, and download a hardware diagnostics app through which I was able to do detective work and figure out that my screen was an original, either the one the phone came with from the factory, or an original replacement (possibly of second grade quality, hence the warmer hue). After finding out the screen was original, I removed the screen protector and the hue was somewhat better, the blurriness was gone, and the fingerprint sensor worked. The pixel 8 pro I got came from Japan, which means I can never turn off the camera shutter sound, and many European countries, mine included, are not available to set as the phone's location. I used Germany as the phone's location. Also the languages available for the Google assistant / Gemini are mainly Asian languages, but English was also available and it still understands and responds in my language. Battery was tested with the app AccuBattery, and it is at an estimated 96-98% health. This is very good considering I didn't opt for the phone to have a new battery, I rolled the dice with the reasoning that the original factory battery should be better long term than an aftermarket replacement. All in all, it seems like this was a good deal. To the refurbisher, the gesture of applying camera and screen protectors is very much appreciated, but please stop using these terrible "privacy" types and just go for some regular clear glass ones.
