Xiaomi SmartMi 3 Ανεμιστήρας

I was very excited to receive the product as it said "Loistava" (Glorious) condition and perfect like new. But, after receiving the product, I was very disappointed to see that the product was shipped without two important parts (Blade knob that holds the fan blade to the motor and a screw that attaches the fan cover). The packaging was also not good, the carton was poorly taped and seemed very vulnerable. After contacting customer service, they told me that they do not have the spare parts thus they cannot deliver those parts and offered me 10€ only as compensation. I don't think I am going to trust the site and order something again in future because the condition of the product is not the same as they claim it to be. Not recommended.
