An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra. There was no single visible scratch . Laptop looked as brand new as can be, no evidence of wear , it works fine no issues as of yet and hopefully none will occur. Best decision ever made saving money by buying a refurbished Mac Pro rather than brand new, hopefully it lasts as long.

I ordered the excellent quality and it came with 90% of battery life which is great for me. Device just have some damages from the corners but it doesn't affect anything, all buttons and touch pad works great. Overall i'm very happy with it because i was using the same laptop almost for a year but i got robbed and i needed to buy it again. So when i compare with my old one -and i'm super tidy with my devices, i didn't have even a micro scratch :(- this macbook's condition is still very satisfying! and it's my first refurbished buying experience and i sure will buy again! thank you :)

Agréablement surpris de l’état « correct », simplement une rayure sur le dessus et un petit « pète » dans un coin. En dehors de ça tout roule et très content de pouvoir remplacer enfin mon MacBook Pro de 2013 (10 ans de vie tout de même).

Ho comprato MacBook Pro M1 2020 in condizioni come nuovo. Ma ero ancora un po' incerto su cosa avrei ottenuto. Dopo una settimana il mio portatile è arrivato dalla Francia ed è davvero come nuovo. Batteria al 99% e nessun segno di usura. Sono molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto.

Ho acquistato un MacBook Pro m1 del 2020 256gb in ottime condizioni, lo ho ricevuto in pochi giorni ben impacchettato. Fisicamente è praticamente nuovo, la batteria è al 100% ed ha fatto 91 cicli. Nel pacco c'era il caricatore con presa inglese e ci ha inserito un adattatore per presa italiana!. Nel complesso sono contento al 100% perché ho un prodotto praticamente nuovo a metà del prezzo.

i ordered a macbook pro in a fair condition and thinking about the scratches that will come along with the macbook but oh my days , this laptop came as brand new like i excellent condition , couldn’t even spot a scratch, it was only dusty, definitely recommend this seller
