Hello! My name is Leo and I've recently ordered Apple AirPods Pro 1 from your website and I am disappointed in the condition that the right earbud is in. Even though they are both functioning normally when it comes to sound quality, the right earbud keeps switching from "Noise cancellation" mode to "Transparency mode" on its own very frequently without me doing anything. It's very frustrating to be in the middle of a call or listen to music and have this malfunction triggering at random. Not to mention the quick switching from noise cancellation to transparency mode induces a nauseating feeling. I'm very saddened that you did not notice or even allowed such a product on your website and I demand your advice for what to do next. have also bought an iPhone 13 mini from you which is working perfectly fine, which is why I'm disappointed that this keeps happening on the AirPods.
