    Réception sans encombres, comme mes commandes précédentes. Je l'utilise peu car c'est uniquement pour un usage personnel à la maison. J'ai choisi la marque Dell car c'est sans surprise et c'est celle que nous avons au bureau depuis toujours. La mention "très bon état" me laisse néanmoins songeuse car une rayure énorme est à remarquer sur la couverture supérieure du PC. Ma plus grosse peur était l'état de la batterie, connaissance le problème du reconditionné, mais à ma grande surprise elle tient bien des heures après chargement. Rien à redire, c'est un bon achat et j'en suis satisfaite.

    I bought a reconditioned DELL laptop for my husband as an anniversary gift. I chose to do it this way for a few of reasons 1)this is his first laptop 2)environmental concerns 3)great value for money I am delighted to say he was totally over the moon and is enjoying having his own laptop at last.

    Un très bon produit. Je suis vraiment étonné de la qualité du reconditionnement. Le petit bémol est qu'il y a deux pixels morts sur l'écran(dommage que nous pas informé de ce genre détails lors de l'achat).

    C'est mon premier achat d'ordinateur reconditionné l'état de mon ordinateur portable est impeccable, conforme aux caractéristiques. Livraison plus rapide que prévue et très bien emballé, mais le colis a finalement été déposé à un endroit différent de celui que j'avais indiqué (à 1,2 km de l'adresse de livraison). A part cela, tout s'est bien passé. Je vous remercie de votre attention.

    Livraison plus rapide que prévue, l'état de mon ordinateur portable est impeccable, conforme aux caractéristiques. J'appréhendais d'acheter du reconditionné mais c'est une très bonne surprise je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'il soit en aussi bon état, merci !

    C'était la première fois que j'achetais un produit reconditionné. Très satisfait de mon achat. Etat conforme à ce qui avait été annoncé. Cela m'a permis d'acquérir un pc portable de très bonne qualité à un prix très raisonnable. Je recommande.

    plutôt satisfait de mon achat ...une fois que je l'ai moi même reconditionne .. je l'ai ouvert pour le dépoussiérer de l'intérieur installer win 11 rajouter plus de memoire .... (ce qui n'était pas indispensable je vous l'accorde) en bon état satisfait en somme !!!

    The laptop arrived with a very wobbly hinge! A bit annoying that the refurbishers didn't address this as it only took me 1 youtube tutorial and a quick 15 minute DIY job to fix. Aside from that, I'm a happy customer.
