    Εξαιρετικά γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση και αποστολή της παραγγελίας! Πρώτη μου εμπειρία με refusrbished! Στα θετικά, το λάπτοπ ήρθε από το κουτί με Windows 11 (πράγμα που δεν το περίμενα, γιατί δεν αναφέρονταν πουθενά). Επιπλέον ανταποκρίνεται εξαιρετικά στις καθημερινές ανάγκες (Browsing, Youtube, ελαφρύ CAD, programming, multitasking κ.α.). Η οθόνη του μικρή, αλλά αρκετά ελκυστική στο μάτι. Η μπαταρία πολύ καλή σε γενικές γραμμές. Φοβερή ποιότητα κατασκευής. Γενικά ένα εξαιρετικό εργαλείο ακόμη και για σήμερα (2024). Το μόνο αρνητικό, στο λάπτοπ παρατηρήθηκαν λίγο πιο έντονες γρατζουνιές από ότι περίμενα (Κατάσταση: Αρκετά καλή), αλλά ευτυχώς μόνο στην πλάτη της οθόνης κάτω από το λογότυπο Thinkpad. Φυσικά, δεν επηρεάζεται σε καμία περίπτωση η λειτουργικότητα του λάπτοπ, παρά μόνο η αισθητική του. Για πρώτη εμπειρία με refurbished είμαι πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένος και θα ξαναδοκίμαζα να αγοράσω άλλες ανακατασκευασμένες ηλεκτρονικές συσκευές.

    αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο και λόγω λάθους επιλογής χαρακτηριστικών, έπρεπε να το επιστρέψω. Το προϊόν ήρθε σε δύο μέρες, σε σωστή συσκευασία. Η επιστροφή του έγινε σε δύο μέρες και η επιστροφή των χρημάτων σε μιάμιση. καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια, είχα συνεχή ενημέρωση. Άψογοι σε όλα! συγχαρητήρια στον πωλητή ! συγχαρητήρια στο back market!

    I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. I'm in the process of loading some diagnostic software and this is a time consuming and tricky process but the laptop seems to be handling it ith ease, so if it performs as well in the field once it reaches its new owner, I'll be a happy shopper.

    Très bonne expérience sur BackMarket. Rien à redire c'était parfait. Mon nouveau PC Lenovo est en très bon état. Un problème survient assez vite à l'usage : le pavé tactile est tellement usé au centre qu'il y a une différence de sensibilité, du coup des clics parasitent surviennent. C'est très agaçant et cela m'étonne que ça n'ai pas attiré l'attention des reconditionneurs

    Very pleased with the Lenovo Thinkpad I thought it would be refurbished but it looked brand new. Company easy to deal with communication was brilliant. Came very quickly . Would definitely buy from them again.

    J'ai dû renvoyer le pc car le 1er PC n'avait que la moitié de la capacité de disque dur prévue. Le 2eme PC reçu est impeccable même si la batterie est un peu faible en autonomie (normal pour du reconditionné, elle date de 2019). Vendeur très réactif en cas de soucis, extrêmement rapide pour la livraison et produit très bien emballé. 👍

    Un vrai nouvelle ami de travail ! Pour ce que je fais (bcp de traitements de textes, ouvrir plusieurs pages en même temps, regarder des vidéos/streaming et faire du montage/traitements de vidéos) il fonctionne vraiment très bien. Il est rapide et chauffe très peu. La batterie, pour du reconditionner, tient aussi bien que pour un ordinateur neuf avec mon utilisation. Donc je suis vraiment très contente et satisafaite de mon achat. J'ai peut-être eu de la chance, mais je ne pense pas. C'est vraiment un reconditionnement, et un achat de qualité.
