Bonjour, Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. Pour être sincère, c’est la première fois que je commande sur Back Market. j’avais précédemment acheté un iPhone reconditionné chez l’un de vos concurrents en ligne et cette expérience a été une catastrophe. J’ai été agréablement surprise de recevoir mon iPhone 11 Pro dans un état irréprochable, bien emballé et petite cerise sur le gâteau : un état de santé de batterie à 100% 🤗 ! Merci à Back Market pour votre sérieux et au reconditionneur 👍🏻

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 pro. The phone came from Phones Direct in one of their boxes and was packaged well. To be fair the phone was as described and in excellent condition no scratched or marks on the case or screen, in fact it looked like a brand new phone. I haven't had an iPhone before because I usually use Samsung but I loved the phone and tried it for ten days, unfortunately it kept shutting down and starting back up for no reason, hence the 4*. This happened about six times that I know of in the ten days I had it, while web browsing and also during a phone call and a WhatsApp call. I suspect it was happening more often when I was not actually using it and I did not know. Rather than fuss about with repairs I've sent it back for a refund because it is well within the 30 days and I did not want to lose my right of a refund. The returns process was simple and I've just had a message to say that it's been delivered back to them, so now I'm just waiting for my refund. To be honest I think I was just unlucky this time so as soon as my refund hits my bank account I'll try again and order another one to replace it, maybe a different colour to make sure I don't get the sam...

Excelente!! El pedido llegó antes de tiempo y el teléfono está perfecto!! no tiene una sola marca!! lo pedí en condición excelente y así ha sido. La batería al 85%, pero es lo normal en un reacondicionado. Eso si, no le podía crear una ID nueva de Apple porque es un reacondicionado y he tenido que buscarme la vida para hacerlo en otro dispositivo. Muy contento, volveré por aquí.

Comme à chaque fois que j’ai acheté un produit sur Backmarcket. Les reconditionnement en France est top, la livraison est rapide et le produit est conforme aux attentes. Franchement vous faites bien votre taff.

Buenas! Tras pensarlo muuuucho muuuucho me decidí en comprar un movil reacondicionado y la verda que llevo ya mas de un mes con el teléfono y todo va muy bien! Lo pedi en calidad excelente y por porner qlguna pega la batería venia con un 85% de vida que es lo mas normal en estos teléfonos pero por demas todo bastante bien!!

All'inizio ero scettica a comperare un telefono ricondizionato ma mi sono dovuta ricredere e in tutto pari al nuovo, anche se comunque avevo scelto la più buona delle condizioni. Contentissima lo consiglio

The refurbished iPhone 11 arrived next day, was in excellent condition and was so easy to set up by downloading everything from iCloud. Once done it was just like my old phone that went bad but better. So - thanks Back Market.

j’ai reçu ma commande très rapidement, j’avais choisi bon état et le téléphone est impeccable ! l’état de santé de la batterie était à 94% lors de la réception ce qui est très correct pour du reconditionné. pour l’instant je suis très satisfait du produit et du service, à voir sur la durée !

Very happy, prompt delivery and very proactive packaging. Product is everything advertised even though the screen and battery are none genuine of which was not mentioned, but is as expected with a refurbished product.
