    I purchased my refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GBrket a - Green - Unlocked - Dual-SIM after being let down by another on-line company. The purchase was smooth and efficient and my phone arrived within a few days. The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. I am very happy with the phone & service that I received and would definitely use Back Market again. Highly recommended

    Wie bei Vielen, war dies mein erster Kauf eines refurbished Smartphones. Der Verkäufer sitzt in Irland. Das war erst etwas eigenartig. Aber die Lieferung war schnell, pünktlich und vor allem sicher, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Das Päckchen durfte nur von mir entgegen genommen werden. Mit der Qualität des Gerätes bin ich sehr zufrieden. Gemessen daran, dass es ein Smartphone von 2000 ist, hält der Akku sehr lang und das Display ist makellos. Bin sehr zufrieden und würde es wieder machen, auch weil ich zu den Menschen gehöre, die die Wiederverwendung von Geräten unterstützen. Es muss nicht immer neu sein.

    Great phone,no problem, quickly delivery. The phone barely had any scratches or anything, great condition (I would say perhaps just the barely as it runs out farely quickly but not bad for the price plus it's refurbished). My 3rd phone that I buy here and never disappoints.

    I was apprehensive on buying a refurbished phone and deliberated for so long, I needn't have worried. I ordered on the Thursday and received delivery the next day. Phone is immaculate and looks brand new. Am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

    I love my new phone. very fast shipped. I only wish they had sent the plug with the cable, but considering that is refurbished, I am very happy with the price and phone. I bought from here before and I will be a returning customer again if needed.

    Acheter un s20 fe "état correct", je veux bien que le téléphone présente des rayures, des accros sur les contours. Mais, delà à se retrouver avec un téléphone qui a été reconditionner avec un écran "brulé" je trouve ça limite tout de même pour le prix. (Écran brulé = écran qui présente des traces. Lorsque l'écran affiche une page Blanche, on peu voir en arrière plan des trace jaunie. En l'occurrence, on voit la page accueil tiktok). Pas fou de la part de professionnel.

    Je vous avoue que j'ai été très sceptique d'acheter un téléphone reconditionné et surtout en ligne mais après avoir eu des avis positifs de mon entourage, je me suis lancé pour la toute première fois et je ne regrette absolument rien. Le téléphone est comme neuf alors que j'ai pris un "très bon état". Je rachèterai sur back market sans hésiter

    Die Lieferung war schnell, Paket war beschädigt aber das hat dem Handy nichts geschadet. Gerät ist voll in Ordnung. Auch der Akku hält ausgezeichnt.Auch die Kamera ist in Ordnung. Nur um den Bildschirm anzumachen, reicht das von mir eingestellte Zweifingerantippen nicht, wahrscheinlich, weil sich der Bildschirm immer leicht verschmieren lässt. Dafür kann aber Backmarket nichts. Der höhere Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Refurbished-Firmen ist somit gerechtfertigt, weil im Nachhinein kein Ärger.
