4,6/5Γρήγορη παράδοση (πολύ πιό νωρίτερα από την αναμενόμενη ημερομηνία) και το προϊόν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και λειτουργικό με προεγκατεστημένα τα Windows 10 όπως προβλέπεται! Το μόνο μείον ότι το πληκτρολόγιο του είναι ιταλικό χωρίς ελληνικούς χαρακτήρες χαραγμένους επάνω του, κάτι όμως για το οποίο είχα ενημερωθεί από πριν και προσωπικά δεν με προβληματίζει ιδιαίτερα! 5/5I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. 4,6/5Bonjour, Achat effectué le 26 Décembre, livré le 30 Décembre. Livré en très bon état (rien de cassé). La machine (le PC) est conforme à la description (corei5, ssd, processeur et autre), elle est jolie. Sans rayures ou quelconque dommage à l'apparence. Sur le fond, c'est-à-dire la performance, après près d'un mois d'utilisation, la batterie tient 3h à 4h (et plus, 4H30, 4H45) selon l'usage. La machine est rapide et tout fonctionne, le wifi, le micro, haut-parleur. Comme il n'y a pas d'œuvre parfait, je cite deux bémols : la luminosité de la caméra (je ne sais pas comment régler). Et le ventilo du pc qui fait un léger bruit quand ça tourne, mais après une semaine cela s'est arrêté. Actuellement ce bruit est difficilement audible et rare. 4,4/5I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. 4,2/5Très bonne expérience sur BackMarket. Rien à redire c'était parfait. Mon nouveau PC Lenovo est en très bon état. Un problème survient assez vite à l'usage : le pavé tactile est tellement usé au centre qu'il y a une différence de sensibilité, du coup des clics parasitent surviennent.
