    Il est magnifique mon beau acer, chui étudiante et franchement fallait du courage pour en dépenser de l’argent sur un produit reconditionné. J’avais peur, mais la chui trop contente de l’avoir pris. Il fonctionne à merveille. Merci Back Market ❤️

    Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Livraison rapide et soignée. Produit conforme à sa description et 100% fonctionnel. J'avais acheté l'équivalent sur un autre site de produits reconditionnés, un peu plus cher car plus performant, mais j'ai dû user du SAV suite à un dysfonctionnement de l'appareil. Je ne regrette pas d'être (re)venu sur backmarket.

    As stated the condition was excellent of the Chromebook only saw a slight scratch on the top but you would have to really go looking for anything. Charger was slightly bent but works just fine and fully charged. Happy with the product and was delivered super quickly. Very good experience

    The Chromebook was delivered promptly, a day or so earlier than I expected it. The condition was as described. It was very easy to set up and my husband, who is not at all tech minded, is very happy with it.

    Super chromebook, cependant quelques ralentissement et crash de fenêtre (google/youtube)... dommage mais ça reste minime ! Pour ma part l'ordinateur etait mal emballé, une chance qu'ils n'aient pas eu de degats

    J’ai acheté cet ordinateur uniquement pour pouvoir jouer à Fortnite et il est excellent et très puissant pour sa taille il est aussi doté d’un écran tactile ce qui m’a surpris et c’est très cool pour son prix, allez y les yeux fermés

    Super expérience avec le vendeur j’adore cette ordinateur j’ai acheté en 2021 nous somme en 2024 ça fonctionne parfaitement mais malheureusement au niveaux de la pliure de l’ordinateur ça c’était cassé donc malheureusement les 12 mois se sont écoulés donc je ne peux plus le retourner je voulais simplement le mettre en mode tablette tout en douceur, mais l’ordinateur a été fragile à ce moment-là ce qui fait en réparation, 250 € presque le prix de l’ordinateur un peu déçu de ça, sinon le reste parfait

    Really fantastic laptop, little old but in great condition and looks like new. One quirk is that the keyboard is US (might have missed that in the description) but it's not really an issue to either get used to a US keyboard or change the input to UK and go off muscle memory when typing. My only real complaint is about delivery - this was on time to the original estimate but the tracking information was only updated in the mid morning on day of delivery (when the laptop was already out for delivery) after no change for days to even suggest it was dispatched. I wasn't actually in for delivery because of this and it ended up going to a neighbour. If ordering again I would want that to be improved as I usually prefer to make sure I'm in or redirect to a trusted neighbour and not a random picture of a door and dressing gown. Totally appreciate that is on the 3rd party seller/delivery company though, and all is well that ends well!

    I bought this chrome book for my daughter who is currently at uni. Delivery was next service. She’s had it for about 2 weeks or so now and her feedback so far is excellent. She tells me it’s just what she needed for her course work (and more) and does everything she wants it to do. It’s quiet to use and lightweight to carry-perfect! .ONE very happy daughter! ❤️☺️
