    I was delighted to receive the Microsoft Surface Pro7. It’s working really well. I’d been looking to buy one for ages, but at full price totally out my financial range. This refurbished one ticks all the boxes. I couldnt be happier

    C’est un premier achat reconditionné pour nous, et nous en sommes vraiment content. Le PC est arrivé très bien emballé, aucune trace d’usure sur le clavier et l’écran. Le dessous du mc est très légèrement marqué par des traces d’usures et rien à signalé sur le dessus. Aucun problème au démarrage, aucun bug… Je recommande ++

    This was a completely worthwhile purchase. The way it functions and operates, I would not be able to tell that it was refurbished. Additionally, communicating with the Back Market team is very easy and their suppliers are just as cooperative. When they didn't have the original model that I wanted to buy, they tried to contact me repeatedly. 7 times as well as a message on the site. They even tried to contact me outside of their office hours to inform me. So I am impressed and pleased with the service and I have recommended this company to my mother for her next laptop purchase as well!

    Per la prima volta ho acquistato un pc ricondizionato e credo che continuerò a farlo. L'ordine è arrivato in anticipo rispetto alla data prevista, avevo notifiche passo passo e, arrivato a casa, era ben inballato. Se non ci fosse stato il weekend l'avrei ricevuto in 3 giorni. Al di là di un graffietto laterale, il pc sembra nuovo di zecca ed è assolutamente ottimo.

    Première fois que je commande sur ce site, je ne m'attendais pas à une aussi bonne qualité. Très peu de défaut sur l'ordinateur, une bonne autonomie, fluide. Par parfait comme un neuf mais en très bon état et parfait pour un reconditionné. Pas fourni avec le stylé (bon à savoir mais ce n'est pas un défaut, surtout quand on compare le prix que j'ai payé pour l'ordi et celui d'origine).

    Bon appareil, pratique, acheté "en très bon état". Néanmoins, même si je suis bien consciente qu'il s'agit d'un appareil reconditionné, la batterie se décharge rapidement. Je vous conseille donc d'acheter cette tablette "en excellent état" si vous êtes amenés à l'utiliser quotidiennement.

    I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

    Très satisfait, produit en très bon état on dirais un neuf .livraison très rapide. Seul petit inconvénient, le reconditionneur était italien donc tout était en italien et le français n était pas télécharger ,heureusement à l aide de mon ordi de bureau et avec les petits icônes j ai réussi à faire la mise à jour de la langue.
