4,8/5Je suis très contente de cet achat. Le téléphone semble neuf alors que j'ai commandé un produit"correct". Je l'ai configuré assez facilement. Un seul bémol, qui ne concerne en rien la qualité de ce téléphone reconditionné, c'est la petite taille des lettres du clavier de ce modèle. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de l'utiliser depuis son initialisation, aussi je ne puis rien ajouter concernant ses performances. J'avais une petite appréhension quant au reconditionné mais c un bon rapport qualité prix, surtout pour un adolescent qui ne prend pas encore grand soin de ses affaires. 4,5/5Réception un peu compliquée avec le livreur, mais contacts avec le service client efficaces. Dommage que l'appareil ait eu à prendre l'avion depuis Tallinn (Estonie). Le bilan carbone qui en résulte réduit l'intérêt d'acheter du reconditionné. Y a-t-il moyen de savoir où sont localisés géographiquement les produits avant de les acheter ? 4,1/5I have dealt with Black Market in the past and their refurbished A70 was great. I bought this as a back up to my other which the screen plays up at times. Previously me refurbished phone came with a new battery i.e. a longer lifespan before having to get the battery changed. However the customer service was outstanding and they sorted my return and refund within a couple of days.I have reordered and this one has been delivered promptly and is in fantastic condition. 4,8/5Ive waited to leave a review to be sure the phone would perform to my expectations and it has. It came in pristine condition and is functioning really well so far. I wanted to replace my previous A40 and have tried a couple of times with refurbished phones, also in ex condition but all cutting out during phone calls. So far this is like getting a new phone all over again and I'm very happy with it.
