    Bonjour, Livraison très rapide. Dommage que l'emballage ne soit pas d'origine. Le Galaxy note 20 ultra reste malgré tout bien protégé. Comme neuf. Pas une égratignure. Et l'appareil semble bien fonctionner. Pour du reconditionné, je suis agréablement surprise. En espérant qu'il me dure aussi longtemps que mon Galaxy note 8. Je recommande donc ce site.     Ovviamente ho atteso un po' prima di recensire quanto acquistato per verificare meglio. Partiamo dalla spedizione, velocissima e imballo ineccepibile se pur non originale. Ho preso un prodotto etichettato come "buono" e sono rimasto stupito che invece é pari al nuovo. Nessun graffio o segno di danneggiamento, batteria perfettamente funzionante, testata tutta la parte di sensori che risulta perfetta, ovviamente non conosco in che modo sia stato ricondizionato, me quello che é stato fatto é stato fatto perfettamente. É la prima volta che compro usato e visti i risultati continueró a farlo su questo sito.

    Excellent Note 20 Ultra. Great quality, price & experience. Backmarket.co.uk are THE best for refurbished phones. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

    Dommage encore une fois, ce deuxième téléphone commandé et reçu est en excellent état, mais arrive "déjàéinstallé en "français". Après un RESET total, c'est le deuxième appareil reçu en Coréen de la part de ce reconditionneur. Même si il est possible de "passer" en français, moultes applications ne fonctionnent pas sur le territoire français à cause de la ROM en Coréen. Vraiment dommage que Back Market n'oblige pas les reconditionneurs à afficher le CSC de la ROM. Ca éviterait à l'avenir de passer commande inutilement. Merci quand même à la garantie de Back Market évitant ces désagréments.

    I got the samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g which had a FAIR condition onit, The communication from the vendor was on point at every stage the delivery by dpd was on time and well informed payment via KLARNA was very easy and the phone... the condition was so much better than i expected, very minor nicks on the metal - does not affect the overall look screen is scratch free did i get lucky? not sure but very happy on my 1st day of using the phone. Would i buy from this retailer again??? YES :)

    Very happy with my purchase . Immaculate condition not a single mark or scratch . You would believe I have just taken it out of the original Samsung box Running very smoothly excellent battery life .received the phone 3 days earlier than stated .     Le Note20 Ultra reçu était en excellente condition, écran et dos impeccable aucune trace, vraiment très bien. Lorsque je l'ai allumé, il était déjà programmé avec le minimum , en vérifiant pas de compte Google inscrit, OUF! Je décide de le remettre à zéro pour effectuer moi même l'installation. Là, au redémarrage 😯😯l'écran est en Coréen!?! Je passe en français (pourquoi pas) et continue l'installation. Mais à plusieurs reprises, le clavier Samsung revient en Coréen, et certaines applications natives fonctionnent mal. (Exemple: la météo ne trouve pas ma ville, mais uniquement Paris ou Nantes, signe d'une application d'une ROM exotique). De plus en plus d'applications sont difficiles à installer. Je le retourne (4 jours après la réception) et remercie Back Market pour sa réactivité. SUGGESTION: Comme Backmarket est intermédiaire avec tous ces reconditionneurs en Europe, pourquoi ne pas demander pour les téléphones et tablettes d'indiquer le code CSC des appareils. En france, il faudrait XEF, OXM et quelques autres liés aux opérateurs par exemple. En tout cas un POUCE UP pour BackMarket, service et suivi impeccable.

    beautiful phone, easy to set up. was able to seamlessly transfer all of my info from my old Samsung to this new one. easy to use since it's the same system as my old Samsung. no scratches/damage upon opening. highly recommend 👌
